The
kitchen is well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, toaster,
microwave, gas cook top, oven and glassware, china and cutlery for
4-6 people. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, vanity
with mirror and a hair dryer. The laundry end of the bathroom has a
washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, steam iron, ironing board and
clothes airer.
 The
large lounge/dining room is well equipped with large TV, Foxtel,
DVD, VCR, CD stacker, tape deck and radio. There are 2 couches and 2
x poufs for tired legs, coffee table and side tables with lamps.
Dining
room with 6 chairs which leads onto the large wrap around balcony
via the glass sliding doors. The outdoor balcony provides a large gas
BBQ, timber outdoor setting with bench seats for 4-6 people, 2 x
directors chairs and a chaise lounge with cushion. The complex is
equipped with under cover parking for 1 car, lifts, Intercom system,
solar heated swimming pool, spa and a gymnasium. The interior of the
apartment is cream, beige and white on walls and floors.
Within
walking distance to supermarkets, shops, hotels and restaurants
Pacific Waves is ideal for those without a vehicle and who enjoy a
morning stroll, jog or exercise with Manly Ocean Beach only a 'stone
